Online Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery

Item(s) must be in original purchase condition

Original proof of purchase and any product documentation must be included

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval
How to Request an Online Exchange

Email cong@yuhestudio.com with:

Order number
-
Proof of purchase
-
Indicate whether you prefer a product exchange or store credit

Within two (2) business days, we will email you a fully insured return shipping label
-
Free return shipping within Canada
-
-
Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging
-
Attach the provided label and drop off the package at the designated courier location within the specified timeframe
After We Receive Your Item(s)

You will receive a confirmation email once your item(s) arrive
-
Our specialists will inspect the item(s) and documentation
(Please allow 5–10 business days for processing)
Once approved:
-
A replacement item will be shipped with tracking, or
-
A store credit will be issued via email
Exchange Window Missed
Requests submitted after the 30-day exchange window may not be accepted.
If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Information
Free Standard Shipping.
All orders are shipped via Purolator or an equivalent courier service.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
